Availability

We are available 7 days a week, including holidays in mornings, afternoons and evenings as well as overnights.

Rates Explained

Initial Consultation (in your home) ...... FREE

The initial consultation is where we meet each other and I can be shown around the home and told what is to be done. The key and alarm code (if necessary) are obtained at this meeting.

Day Visit / Dog Walk .......... $15

Each visit is approximately 35-45 minutes long. During this time the pet gets exercise, water, food, medicine if necessary, and personal time. This charge is for the first 3 pets. There is an additional $3 charge after for each additional large pet.Care for caged animals is FREE. There is no additional charge for visits on holidays
** Please note: if you live north of International Speedway Blvd.,there will be a $3 fuel surcharge added per trip.

Overnight Visit .......... $60

Overnights are typically from 8p.m. until 8a.m. the next morning.

Light Housekeeping .......... $20

While we're at your home we will do light housekeeping including sweeping, dishes, dusting, vacuuming, etc.

Pet Taxi .......... $20 per hour


CANCELLATION FEE:
If we are notified of cancellation within 72 hours of the first scheduled visit no fees will be charged. If less than 72 hours is given, then 50% of fees will still be due. If less than 24 hours or no notice is given, all standard fees will still be charged. All cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. I understand that there may be extenuating circumstances.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Payments accepted are cash and check. Checks are to be made out to Jennifer Stevens. For new clients, a deposit is required at time of hire, generally 50%. Full payment is expected at the return of the owner unless other arrangements have been made.
